Women in Science and Engineering (WiSE) is a mission-focused program at Syracuse University. WiSE supports the recruitment, persistence and advancement of women in STEM academia and careers. As a public relations intern, I have the opportunity to create a sixteen-page booklet emphasizing the 20-year history of WiSE at Syracuse University.

Title: Public Relations Intern and Showroom Assistant

Bonél PR is a fashion and brand strategy agency in Sydney, Australia. As a showroom assistant, I managed the clients products in Bonél’s creative space and monitored social media and publication activity. Bonél worked with several international and Australian designers like Lacoste, Sandro Paris and Helen Kaminski.

Title: Content Creation Intern

GirlSpring is an online community focusing on female empowerment. As a content creator, I posted blogs targeted towards a teenage female audience. Some topics I wrote about were body positivity, equality, injustice, sexual harassment and more. My internship at GirlSpring marks the beginning of my passion for gender equality and utilizing my platform as a communications professional to raise awareness.
